The Seabery Soldamatic Welding Simulator is an advanced Augmented Reality training system designed for professional welding education. It combines real welding equipment with Seabery’s HyperReal-SIM™ multisensory technology, providing students with an immersive, realistic and data-driven welding-training experience.
The system supports MIG, MAG, TIG and SMAW welding processes. It includes a complete AR simulator, stereovision welding helmet, real welding torches, TIG pedal, welding gloves, adjustable workstand and multiple AR-tracked welding coupons and workpieces.
Its integrated Analysis Module evaluates each welding practice and provides performance information that helps instructors identify errors, monitor student progress and deliver effective guidance. Students can practise repeatedly in a controlled environment before moving to conventional workshop training.
The Learning Management System includes welding courses and practical exercises. It allows instructors to create and manage content, assign activities, monitor student development and interact with trainees in real time. The e-learning platform can operate through a cloud-based system or a local server.
The Seabery Soldamatic Welding Simulator is suitable for polytechnic institutes, technical schools, vocational training centres, universities, welding academies, industrial training facilities and government skill-development projects.

Install the Seabery Soldamatic Welding Simulator in a clean, dry and well-ventilated training area. Position the main unit on a stable workbench and securely assemble the adjustable workstand. Connect the welding helmet, required welding torch, TIG pedal and other accessories to their designated ports. Place the selected AR-tracked workpiece firmly on the stand and connect the system to the recommended power supply and network. After switching on the unit, complete the helmet, torch and workpiece calibration. Perform a test simulation to confirm proper tracking and system operation. Installation and commissioning should be carried out by trained technical personnel according to the manufacturer’s manual.
Seabery Soldamatic Welding Simulator in Bangladesh
The Seabery Soldamatic Welding Simulator is a professional Augmented Reality welding-training system designed for vocational schools, polytechnic institutes, technical colleges, universities and industrial training centres. It provides an immersive, data-driven and sustainable method of developing practical welding skills.
Unlike conventional introductory welding training, the Soldamatic simulator allows students to practise safely using real welding torches, a stereovision welding helmet, welding gloves, an adjustable workstand and AR-tracked welding coupons. The simulator supports MIG, MAG, TIG and SMAW welding processes, helping trainees develop essential techniques before entering a real workshop.
Advanced Augmented Reality Welding Training
Seabery’s HyperReal-SIM™ technology combines physical welding equipment with realistic visual and audio feedback. Students can practise welding procedures repeatedly without consuming metal, electrodes, wire or shielding gas during the simulation stage. This helps institutions reduce material waste, improve training efficiency and provide a safer introductory learning environment.
Performance Analysis and E-Learning
The integrated welding Analysis Module evaluates each practice and provides useful performance information for instructors and students. Its Learning Management System supports welding courses, practical exercises, student-progress monitoring and real-time interaction between instructors and learners. Training content can be delivered through a cloud-based platform or a local server.
